sorry no footage no camera man but it's done I ended up adjusting six out of the eight valves to get the perfect clearance in the middle of the range.
It's not as hard as I thought it would be to do as long as you lock the crank as shown in previous videos and align the EX and INT cams and there're some centre dots on the gearing for the balancer shaft to align with.
On the front cylinder I left one cam on and didn't touch the tensioner I hope this brief explanation helps people .
