I would agree on the vibrations but then again coming from ktm390, I am very happy😂. Regarding the clunky gears, I feel it has that mechanical feel in the gears which grows on you eventually 😉

Hi, the average mileage in bangalore traffic is around 15-17 kmpl max. However once on highways, the mileage increases to around 25-27 kmpl.

Thank you♥️ Brother for pillion, there is no proper grab rail, its okay for short city commute and short rides, but not for longer ride. Pillion seat has good cushioning though

Hi, Thanks for the cheers, means a lot♥️ Regarding the dte and fuel gauge: They are pretty accurate, I did once up until it showed 30kms in range and then did a tank full, it could accommodate almost 12 litres. The tall windscreen also makes a considerable difference in the wind buffeting at speeds of 100+, so would suggest you to get one asap post delivery as they are always in short supply😂

Hey great question, I too upgraded from a 390. You can absolutely upgrade to this, speaking from personal experience: Ride is a lot smoother, looks are so so good, performance is also better than even the current gen 390, adding to it is the 270 crank twin♥️

Very well summed up. I have 2 questions, 1. What's your height? 2. Have you ridden gixxer sf250 or cbr250? If yes, can the seating posture be compared to those? We do not have test ride vehicles here in my city and i'm planning to upgrade to rs457, hence these questions:)

Hey, my height is 5 '10. Yes I have ridden both, sf250 is very upright, cbr250 is a little low in comparison. The position of RS457 is lower than cbr250 but higher than the likes of R15. Hope this helps, do let me know If you have any other queries as well😊

I myself own a RS 457 i have the left side lean issue some say when wheel is weight balanced there is lesser lean or no lean I noticed you have weight balanced your wheel can it because of that you have no more left side lean???

Hey, apologies for the late revert. The wheels were balanced from the factory itself, I didnt get them balanced separately, although I have also heard that people who faced left lean issue resolved it by balancing the wheel.

@@imkrrishnayak Ohh, i dont think any is available now, risers are generally made for straight handlebars not clipons afaik. For this mostly High clipons will come in future. Touno 457 will be available pretty soon, same engine but much more comfortable, would suggest you to wait for it and test ride it once.😅

the qc is inevitable in a first lot of production, lets hope that Aprilia works on the feedback fix the minor niggles, personally I am looking forward to the tuono 457.

@@TwoWheelsBangalore that's a lot of hassle after spending 5 lakh the only thing I can't adjust is the breaking I could have managed vibration or quality issues here and there and those racking brake pads cost 9k that will be too much after every 5k kilometres I use to own a z900 got it serviced locally brake pads for both front disc costed 8k

Agreed, we are using brembo race pads sourced separately which costed 5k both front and rear, they are pretty good. Will explain in an upcoming video. Braking is sorted now I feel post this upgrade.

Did you not try to get BH registration for the bike? If yes, why wasn't it possible? Also, how genuine and smooth is the service centre? Lastly, how much do you reckon a regular service would cost for this bike?

Hey, BH registration isn't possible in Karnataka, the dealership said the State Govt. doesn't allow BH registrations. I get it serviced in the Marathalli Motoplex, the general service experience is good, but what I have heard is if there are issues with the bike, they take a lot of time to diagnose it, resolve and return the bike, its like 1-2 months. The regular service cost would be somewhere between 5k-7k if there are no major part changes. Hope this helped🙂

I'm planning to book RS 457 this month but i will get 2024 batch (nov. - dec.) or should i wait 2-3 months and get the 2025 batch (keeping in mind that there will be a price hike of about 10k from 2025 batch according to showroom people). Any suggestions are welcome.

@@vishalkaushal9627 Hi, great choice, in my opinion you should take the '24 batch bike because a price bump of 10-12k is there for the '25 model, that I have also heard. Now there wont be much of difference in quality and quality is already little improved. Waiting for '25 model will also increase price of accessories. For instance, people bought the tall windshield for as low as 989 INR whereas I had to pay 2200 INR because the price of that was also increased😅
