Here's a video of me commuting to my office on my Aprilia RS 457. I have installed the optional quickshifter and autoblipper on the RS457 and this video shows how it works in a city environment.
I'm trying to record the pure exhaust sounds with external audio recorder Zoom h1n and video is shot on DJI action 4.

Hey buddy loved the video!! Try mounting the mic under the seat and sync it with go pro. Make sure to use good woolen fur around the camera so that u don't record vibrations. Cheers!!!

Have you encountered "brake fade" issue like 95% of the people that have posted on the Internet?
@Aniruddha_98
@Aniruddha_98 11 күн бұрын
@@subhagnikpatgiri1919 nope, it's not an issue, people are making a fuss about it. Sure, brakes aren't 10/10. But you won't notice brakefade so easily. You'll need to ride very aggrassively for a long time to notice any fade. And still, it's a very easy fix. Just switch to dot 5.1 brake fluid and that's it. Max 1000rs. For the fluid + labour.
@Aniruddha_98
@Aniruddha_98 11 күн бұрын
If there's any issue, then that's poor calibration of ABS. Front is too sensitive and cuts down in brakes very early.

Do most twin cylinder bikes sound like that? It sounds quite similar to the Enfield 650's. Or maybe I'm being too critical...
@Aniruddha_98
@Aniruddha_98 12 күн бұрын
@@Farhan_049 No, you are quite accurate about the 650s. Most twin cylinder bikes have 180° crank rotation and they don't sound as characterful (R3, Ninja 400) Comparatively, RS457 and RE650s have 270° crank engines. (meaning they don't have even firing interval ) which creates this distinct, more rumbly sound.

@@Aniruddha_98 I'm watching your monsoon ride video at the moment. On that, it actually sounds like a sport bike! I think on lower revs, they sound alike in some ways.
@Aniruddha_98
@Aniruddha_98 12 күн бұрын
@@Farhan_049 yes, 650s are low revving comparatively. So RS will sound different at higher revs. I'll be uploading a RE 650 video soon, probably on Saturday. You'll get a more direct comparison then. Thank you for watching my videos. :) Keep subscribed for more content.

@Aniruddha_98
@Aniruddha_98 12 күн бұрын
Even though this is beginner friendly, I wouldn't suggest so. There's a lot that goes into premium bike that you might not know. Be it riding skills or maintenence. I would suggest going for a 200cc or 250cc max, they can be stupid fast in right hands. Spend rest of the money on gears and riding schools. You'll be a lot more happy with a 200 then

bro i see many people on youtube complaining about the brakes is there really any problem with the brakes?
@Aniruddha_98
@Aniruddha_98 10 күн бұрын
People like to talk about problems. you will nowhere have brake fade on this bike unless you are riding very aggressively for a long time in the mountains where you are constantly braking from very high speeds again and again. otherwise, you will not face any issue. Yeah, ABS calibration is not that good, but not a major concern. In terms of braking power, I would say this is 9/10 when Duke 390 (current gen) is 10/10. but that's also easily solvable with EBC Sintered brake pads. I won't be changing those pads until stock pads wear out completely.

Oh surprisingly good. It isn't as harsh as we expect it from a sports bike. Of course, you won't expect it to do as good as naked bikes, but it isn't sharp or harsh by any means. Actually rear suspension was slightly sharp, dialing down rear preload by one step helped a lot better. Cheers!
