The Aprilia RS 457’s lower compression ratio means it handles regular fuel just fine. On the other hand, the KTM 390, with its higher compression ratio, also runs well on regular fuel but is best suited for RON95 according to KTM. Anyway, great content! I still use speed which is 95 octane, and easily give me a range of 300kms. I don't trust indian oil at all , this 100octane petrol from them is known to be problematic even for high compression engines,

What happened is, most of the time the hundred octane fuel does not get sold and get contaminated or get sludgy. So in India, it is not recommended to put hundred octane fuel 95 octane or anything. Just normal fuel is recommended according to me even my s1000rr got the same issue after running it on under 100 octane fuel. I know compression ratio does matter and the fact that you know what compression ratio is means that you are very knowledgeable respect that. or 95 octane is not safe period

Brilliant. Folks stop using XP100. IndianOil does have to look into this issue and they sincerely have to do get things straight and right. At 160 Rupees, twice the price it does the exact opposite of cleaning the system, instead it starts to gunk up the system and cause costly failures.

c'mon dude, be more adaptive, stop hating and sticking to something so out of the hand, so what if it got some problems, Even GT is known for it's issues, handle wobbling, bad riding posture and many more, but still people buy and learn to deal with it. I rode one on Sunday ride and gt 650 was having hard time to even come close on straight path when I was giving it full beams, forget on curves😅. Don't be biased because you own some particular bike. Plastic fibre quality is adequate as it should be on ports bike. Body k har panel me hard plastics use nhi hoti. Low weight in sports bikes play significant role. The problem only arised because unknowingly the owner filled 100 octane in rs457, try using 100octabe on gt 650 it will cause same issue. It's easy to say quality kharab h without knowing actual problem on the bike.

@@MahaveerEnterprises-eg5ry first thing first the plastic quality is really good, u might got a lock at r15 concerted into rs457.. And about that performance, pls do a research or at least test ride to get the right info, the performance difference is day n night, starting from the initial to mid range to top ends, every bit of power delivery is different, both have their own pros n cons, AND comparing a sports machine to an altogether different segment is already doesn't make any sense but still if u do try to admit both ways in their own, don't be a fanboy, ur will do nothing but restraining urself to a ballpark of non adaptability.
