Glad to hear it! A good friend of mine 5Up has been adamant about putting different brands in the garage and I must say, he was right. The Aprilia is a different experience. Trust, by the time I'm done with the build you'll know why I chose the RS660.

I have a used a ‘22 RS 660 as my first bike and I enjoy it. One cool thing it came with were tinted headlight covers, which I think would make your bike stand out even more.

One mod i highly recommend is the frame gaurd for behind brake side foot comes standard on tuono 660 dont know why its not on the rs 660 but protects frame from inevitable boot scuffs 🙂

I'm going to do Carbon Fiber frame and swing-arm covers. I also installed some Bonamicci Rearsets to project the swinger.

If I have extrema 2024, it seems like they have Sc project exhaust but it doesn't make that sound at all. Did you have to chip ECU when you installed the exhaust?

What’s up man love the videos. Question do you wear ear plugs with that exhaust. I have a tuono 660 with CRT exhaust I wear ear plugs and it still bothers me. I think the sound resonates in my helmet. Need a solution fast or I’m gonna change the exhaust. Any info helps. Thanks.

Yes I do! I recommend looking into Earpeace. One of the best noise cancelling solution on the market. It reduces the noise decibels while still allowing you to hear your surroundings.

Question for your shift mod, Do you get the red screen for your quick shifter. I have the AF1 Race ECU, and i do find i get this error code every so often when it will not allow me to use the quickshifter function. Usually have to shut down the bike, move the quick shifter around and restart the bike to get it back to normal. Wondering if you have had any similar issues?

I’m running the Gabri Racing upmap and it works perfectly without a single issue. I installed it using the termi Upmap.

I have the same bike even the same acid gold version but iv got a mivv titanium exhaust , I don't think it's a good idea to have a keyless tank fuel cap, all it takes is someone to take that off and stick a rag in and light it up , I suggest you get a key lock fuel cap ,

with those after market levers and lowered handlebars, does it hit the stock body work at full lock?

@@daviddebenedictis8062 I went with the S1 full titanium system with the Gabro upmap. Shoots flames and nice performance gains. I’m doing about 150mph now. Link is in the description and welcome to the channel.

If you switch to the stealth mirrors, is there an option to mount your front turn signals that are part of the original mirrors?

Unfortunately no, you have two options. Either return the turn signals to the headlight or upgrade to the Rizoma mini turn signals.

Between the OEM mirrors, passenger pegs/seat, exhaust, emission canister, gas cap. I'd say we're over 25lbs+. Next big weight reduction will most likely be the wheels.

I have an 2023 aprilia rs660 and just the other night I accidentally drove over a decent size pothole and it ended up cracking my gas tank at the top 2 bolts lol gas started leaking everywhere

@@ClutchFirst luckily it's insured so it will be fixed no problem. Surprised to find out the gas tank was plastic 😅 still love the aprilia as my daily since my car is totaled and wasn't insured lol

My levers doesn’t make contact with any of the fairings or the frame. Perfect clearance.

Zero so far and I’ve been cranking away at it hard. I believe during the initial release a few years ago there were some issues but not anymore.
