Aprilia RST Futura Exhaust Upgrade - Dominator Pipes

The stock exhaust system on my Futura sounded terrible, like a sewing machine, as many others have said. I already have an H-pipe installed but it had this tinny, raspy sounding exhaust note that was anemic.
I found a pair of Dominator cans to replace the stock mono-muffler and the improvement is huge. Not as deep as I’d like but close enough - sounds like a real v-twin sport machine now. Louder too, but not obnoxiously so. I still need to take it on a good ride but so far I’m happy.

Is it easily removed or does it have to stay on there?

The backrest? It is held in with a set-screw, so it can be removed pretty easily.

That's a full Corbin seat with a Corbin backrest. Came with the bike - I also have the stock seat.

​@@ericrasmussen4691microphones will never really let us hear what it sounds in real life. Dominator gives more braap but less high pitch what I can make up from this video. It's your bike, do with it what you want!
