A part of our history (recorded by a Chinese) is shown that a prince from Indian invaded us while our origin Khmer was controlled by a queen name "Liv Yi". This name was called by that Chinese person and the prince was called "Hun Tian". After he won the war he married our queen and brought some Indian culture to Khmer society. He didn’t invade The kingdom of Funan but he came to trade and our queen thought he came to invade us. Queen Soma was impressed by his bravery so she accepted his proposal and married to him. After their marriage then queen Soma adopted Indian culture to mix Khmer culture because she has Indian husband. It’s not 100 Indian culture in India but it’s mixed Khmer-India culture and Khmer Culture until present.
