Yeah, Wilson was the one who kept changing his mind about which Mexican rebel force to support...so Pancho Villa got mad when Wilson decided to support a different faction. I know this is way late but just posting for visibility.

Is the content basically the same for this chapter and chapter 21 of Eric Foner's book, like same material to learn within it or roughly?
