These 2 changes were also implemented that I didn't cover in the video (mainly because of the initial vagueness of what was implemented and I couldn't get proper confirmation either) - Blocking is back at DEX/10 + LUK/20. Slight nerf to Dodgelash build. Not a big deal IMO but much needed since Dodgelash was pretty OP. Might see more changes soon - Your initiative bonus is now +(LUK + STR/2 +DEX/2 + INT/2)/2 Hybrids gain the most out of this. Also if you're not running LUK at all, there's a good chance you won't go first in battle. I see it as a overall nerf to Initiative. Didn't think there was a need to though

It's been a rather long time since I've checked out one of your videos or played AQ. It seems a lot of stuff was nerfed in the past five months, and I will need to completely change everything about my character. I'm probably going to wait for them to finish overhauling the game before I change much of anything, and I hope when they're finished things will be much improved.

Seems like a phased rollout. For now, dexterity is still king and BTH is now just mainstat and luck. My lucky beastmage build I usually run got buffed. That won't change based on changes. Backlashers got a buff too. Let's hope the final revamp works out.

@@KorribanGaming yeah. I really hope they remove universal blocking from Dex. Even if it gave 1 MRM it would be OP compared to STR and INT. I have mixed feelings on the ideas presented that you gain stuff based on every 50 stat points beginning at 100. They might give mages a permanent no drop harm spell. I mean I guess? I do like a damage buffer if you have less than 653 MP. Anyway hopefully in a week we will see the changes and they'll work out. I think April Fool's should be this week's release, and aria's rattle I think is the one of the last things to get on my big list of seasonal stuff to get. Grenwog has nature's reclamation and then I'll be done.

There are dozens of us rangers. I'm a status Luna neko and it already ramps great. Very excited for ranger class or whatever. Maybe this will be the year for the bow of awe. Literally just learned that I can change it easy with my estate after your estate guide. I'll wait until all the stats are changed over. Endurance would help us keep up so management with essence orb. Very excited to try it out

I feel like a better place to put the battle log would be in place of the "Adventure Quest" logo in the bottom-mid of the screen, I mean, we already know what we're playing so why keep it there. Just have the battle log flush with the player/enemy info and with an on/off toggle.

It's almost April. Big question. Will all the doomlight sets return? Or will it just be the new doomlight set. They might have more business from me if it was all of them. Might need to ask the staff itself about this one or wait until April and find out on my own. I just updated someone's roles today.

With the changes to DEX, I guess right now people will run MainStat / END / LUK or a combination of less END and more CHA.

I'm trying to get this. You can now use regular stat trainers to untrain everything for free. There is now less incentive to use the estate stat trainers. I bought everything estate related on black Friday weekend, so I actually spent half that. They added in new bonuses to the stats that you train. The main ones I see are bth, initiative, and if its endurance, status resistance. I might have heard that they might not be done updating it. What does music mean if it turns off as soon as you turn it on? Are we supposed to add our own music to the game somehow? I have plenty of music to offer them. People now got a cool battle log that makes comments every time an action is performed, to help players feel more like they are playing an actual game? It's supposed to get in the way of the actual picture of what I'm fighting? Mixed opinions on that, but wish I had the option of turning it off. Was just at a wedding yesterday, and a funeral today. The earlier part of today, I did a lot of crying. Nonsense like that might put me in a bad mood for a week.

Correct but we might see changes to estate trainers soon so I'd hold on to them first. Yea, there's more to come this week. Doesn't mean anything apart from them not done updating it yet. Probably a placeholder for them to implement it in the future. I'm pretty sure they're gonna reuse soundtracks from other games which I am 100% ok with since AE has so many amazing soundtracks. You can turn off the battle log in options but the new bar at the top can't be turned off which is the annoying part considering it's so ugly imo. Damn, my condolences bro.

You should try doing 5 - 10 minute videos as well. It gives your viewers a variety of time slot options.

@@KorribanGaming probably random boss/mini boss fights, short mini quests, revisit old school content that hasn't been remodelled. Another option could be wearing/equipping very old school armour/weapons/misc and see how well it does

@@trcs3079 yea boss fights could fit into that category. I already have a series covering old quests in AQ and most of them are pretty long, definitely won't fit the 5-10 mins mark. Using old school gear sounds like a great idea for a new series, I might try it after the stat revamp!

@@labutter420 try setting your class to dragonslayer. Also, that sounds like it's the last quest once you already reach level 10. You can't do the quest because there isn't any. That's where it ends

I do like the changes but Cha will be most interesting as you have weapons, spells and pets it covers. Can you also remove the battle log not a fan in my opinion

I dont own estates but giving this option to train/untrain for everyone is a kick in the balls to all the people who spent like you. They are really making some dumb decisions

There is one, albeit small, reason to have the Estate stat trainers . The new system forces you to untrain all 750. This means Gold costs to untrain and retrain it all. The estate can untrain 5 points only, and the cost to retrain is discounted PLUS you only have to retrain a portion of your stats. Gold costs might be low enough at L150 for it not to matter, but yeah that's the reason . If you already own the estate trainers maybe just keep them because the largest house and estate doesn't even have enough items to place..too many slots with beanstalk and cave. If one day they expand estates, then might be worth selling.

I would say hold on to them for now. I think the staff has plans to change the estate trainers. While I like the QoL stat training changes to all players, people who spent 5k tokens on the estate trainers got the shaft
