Hello, I wanted to ask if you have written correct answer,however you spelt it wrong.Would you get a mark?

Yeah, that's usually fine. The only exception to this is if it's a six mark question where they are testing your quality of written communication. If it's a six marker, then you have to spell it mostly correct, i.e. someone should be able to recognise what you are trying to write/spell
