Rightly explained about the deviance of the Maturidis and Asharis. ​How can anyone decide what befit Allah and what not When Allah himself has said He has Hand or other Attributes. Ahlus sunnah wal Jamaah doesn't say about howness of His Attributes, We just believe that Allah subhan wa ta'ala has His attributes as it suits His Majesty. We have no right whatsoever to have a different meaning or applying philosophical reasons or our own little brain to decide this attribute isn't fit or it should bethe other way. The mistake the Maturidis n Asharis did was applying logic to understand the Attributes of Allah. They created in their mind a certain image of Allah that Allah should be like this or that and that He can't have Hands and so on. Nauzubillah. We don't need to formulate own theories that Allah can not be in any space so He is Above Arsh. Nauzubillah. We don't have to use our ignorant minds to judge how Allah should be. But we just need to have faith in what Allah ta'ala has attributed to Himself as it is mentioned without any alteration in meaning and without thinking how it would be. IT'S beyond the capacity od of Human Brain. Therefore Taweel(manipulation) of the meanings of Attributes of Allah can Never be justified and is path led astray. Just accept as it's mentioned. That's it. And Allah knows Best.

Ibn Abdul Barr al-Tamhid with its own chain: قال الامام ابن عبد البر في التمهيد أخبرنا محمد بن عبدالملك قال حدثنا عبدالله بن يونس قال حدثنا بقي بن مخلد قال حدثنا بكار بن عبدالله القرشي قال حدثنا مهدي بن جعفر عن مالك بن أنس أنه سأله عن قول الله تعالى الرحمن على العرش استوى كيف استوى قال فأطرق مالك ثم قال استواؤه مجهول والفعل منه غير معقول والمسألة عن هذا بدعة. التمهيد الجزء 7 صفحة 151 This narration says: His Istawa’ is unkown. JazakAllaah Khairan.

I know this is a late reply, but this is talking about the kayfiyyah of the istawa, which is unknown to us and the knowledge of that is with Allah. We (Ahlus Sunnah) do tafwid kayfiyyah, istawa is found; as suiting to Allah's Majesty.

The ist reality to establish before entering into discussion about Aqeedah is acknowledging the deep limitation of human brain to accommodate the understanding about creator . Keeping this rule in mind then we establish our weak humanly understanding about Allah from Holy Quran’s divine verses .Which in some cases can lead to bias. Human thought process functions dichotomy and relativity . This approach will mislead us if we Apply it to Allah Jalljaluhu . ليس كمثله شئ وهو السميع العليم. If a human is not fully aware of how to deal with its own body when it gets sick or unwell ( hence no treatment for majority of illnesses) how we can claim that we know Allah well. The bottom line is to keep Iman bilghaib and try to understand Quran and try to understand rules and not to mix the the majesty of Allah with what human can assume or relate in his tiny brain . This is my Aqeeda and my brain goes in blank for anything after Eiman bilghaib philosophy. Jazakallah

Some of the best people in the field of hadith where ashaira and some of the best narrators of Hadith were Shia (they were truthful so we take hadith from them) but that doesn't mean Shia weren't wrong and by the same logic it doesn't mean ashaira didn't make mistakes and may Allah forgive our brothers and us for our mistakes

@@irfan_saudagar2002 I commented this ages ago out of jahl, and it's wrong. Tawil is not necessary, it's just a a possible meaning to the verse in a manner that is appropriate for Allah. The true madhab of the Salaf was tafwid, however some of them did infact do tawil.

Asharis talk on siffat without Quran, attacks belief in ghaib makes Din look incomplete at base level, it opens sufis to talk on ghaib with priestly ideas of dreams leads to grave worship & divide, though shahada is for Tawhid & unity! other similarities : Ways (some) sufis imitate she'a or hindu pagans : 1) Grave worship. 2) Mawlid aka she'a christmas made centuries later just like x-mas. 3) Saying Prophet peace and blessings on him is made from divine light... 4) Saying Allah created us due to the Prophet peace and blessings on him violating Quran 51 :56 - Allah created us to worship Him! 5) Sufis imitate hindus saying their good deeds will make them one with Allah who is everything. sufis claim to do it in one life time, to the point some of them say their angels don't write their bad deeds, this was never said by Prophet Muhammad peace and blessings on him or the sahabas RAdiyallahu anhum and hindus with reincarnation claim to do it in many. 6) Some say the Prophet peace and blessings on him knew the unseen without restriction like she'as do with ahlul bayt violating Quran 6 :50 & 59! 7) Ghulu with imams: she'a say Quran corrupted/incomplete, sufis say Tafsir incomplete and gets inspiration in dreams to change din (violating Quran 5 :3) like those priests who say holy spirit is everywhere! (When Allah is above the Arsh and pagan say Allah is everywhere to justify idolatry or creation worship like with Jesus or the hindus though in bible is says Allah is above the throne and in hindu scripture vedas it says Muhammad peace and blessings on him will come with light like Islam from Allah from above the heavens) by opening up unlimited bida they divide the umma and weaken them intellectually with ext. taqlid (many never move from Quran 21 :7 asking ahlul thikr to Quran 12 :108 learning clear proofs which is linked to Tawhid, which is done by Quran 9 :100 isnad/ahlul athar & salafi manhaj to sahabas Radiyallahu anhum and sahih hadiths, they just use names of imams w/o checking dalil... while taqlid over dalil is linked to shirk in Quran 9 :31. this prevents the individuals of the umma to be knowledge based individuals forming knowledge based communities as Islam teaches instead pushes cultism)... also all the bida divided and makes ppl reunite on something else like secularism like with christians or sufi Uthmanis, salafis could of prevented that... - First person given title Sufi was Jabir ibn Hiyyan who is Student of Baqir a shi'a in history - Sh. Ehsan Elahi Zahiir!

Anyone who denies the asma and sifat of Allah in The Quran and hadiths that has been authenticated has done an act of Kufr. Early scholars especially the 4 great imams agreed on this stance. So yes, this is a considersed a MISGUIDE SECT. Islam only has one aqeedah. Those who claim otherwise must be warned and refuted.
