How to Photograph Your Horse

How much mm lens do you recommend for horse photography like this outside? Somebody recommended 70-200mm telelens for Portrait Photos with horse and owner or horse pictures like shown in the video. I have the Nikon D500 Cropsensor 1,5x. Thank you

while it looks really nice in terms of documentation and presentation-type photographs, and it's really helpfull with that, it wasn't really what I was looking for. Is there any vid you did of horse-photography in which the horses had more of the National Geographic feel? the really dramatic and amazing scale of stuff... ?
