I don't see how that is going to tone much being that the noodle isn't totally emerged in water. I'll have to water test these exercises before using them in my class. Thank you!

If you have various ages, fitness levels and people limited by health concerns, this is actually a fantastic compromise for all. That's one of my main challenges. This is concise and most people can do these at their pace/ROM 😊❤

Also pool depth is another consideration. I have a workplace with shallow water such as this demo...so I appreciate these ideas. Pool depth makes a difference 👍

Always be careful with equipment use so that you don't cause shoulder or neck strain. A good sign is when you're shoulders come up when you're pushing down or that you're looking up or down instead of forward...

Haylley Pittam Thank You Haylley. I love your videos. They are really helping me try new things with my clients. Unfortunately, we only have access to the round dumb bells. The ones you are using look interesting but it is unlikely that I will be able to get any for my classes. A round dumbbell video would be much appreciated if you are able to make one. Thank you again for such awesome tutorials.

Lesley Macdonald thank you very much for your comment, I will put that on the list for 2019! It is still possible to use the same moves with the round dumbbells. For the dumbbells that are broken I have also turned that into a dumbbell disk workout, also on my channel. X

Interesting. Do you use noodles when doing deep water routines?
@HaylleyPittam5 жыл бұрын
I occasionally get my deep classes to use noodles as it brings a whole new dynamics to the posture, technique and control 😊

Looks like a great work out. 👍 Did you hear of the Float’n Thang device that helps with Zero Gravity aquatics? Great for your situp & kick your legs in front others. Also individuals with disabilities found it very helpful for them.
