Aqua's game sense is really good. On top of that, I think the reason she is doing better when going solo is because the screen becomes less chaotic and she only has herself to take care of.

Yeah! in addition, I think the game also adjust the boss' HP whenever player was left alone so they became less tankier :D

to be fair this is a tricky game to find two players of equal skill and coordination to effectively coop, alot of times yeah it usually ends with the better player solo'ing the rest of the boss

fun fact, I used opening theme for SAO S1 for that section but immediately got striked haha. So I switched to HSR because they have this same early 80s band music vibe like cuphead OST :D
