Good stuff! How many Mind moves and Muscle moves do you do each? As an instructor, it's easier for me to count the moves rather than time them.

How do you remember all the moves as an instructor? I find it hard to give a session for an hour and try to remember 100 moves. Is it some kind of improv sometimes?
