Bill, You remind me of a genetic cross between Mr Magoo and the cat from Tom and Jerry...with the gray ruff around his head. I mean this in the best possible way. (Did mudlark Thames once on Christmas day while on vacation.Didnt get noticed by police boat patrol.)

@@ChillBill1 You have moments of cat-like responses caught on video. These include "big eyes" and feline reflexes clawing in the dirt and snatching up shiny objects. How do I know? My Manx takes my jewelry and plays with it on the tile floor.

Hey Bill. Seriously appreciate everything you have done but mostly what you have taught us. Forgive the late watching and my forewardness. You know that tiny silver band you found, lost, and then your wife refound? I have a modern version of that actually a little thinner. Have looked for a long time to find more of these tiny things to wear. May I please have that one? Again forgive my boldness. Blessings to you and yours. Stay safe.

Amazing video. The two of you should have your very own (international) television show. Your skills, abilities and personalities compliment each other and are wildly entertaining. At our age....dont worry about nose hair compliments....as long as we aren't stinky, our personal hygiene should remain personal.🤣😂😊

Excellent video. Love the adventures you guys do. What is the rule for using a metal detector in France. I will be in Normandy for a month next summer and thought about bringing my metal detector.
@ChillBill16 жыл бұрын
Rules are complicated but if you have permission on a random bit of field from the land owner you are generally good.

How can so much be lost in a feild in poor times yet youll be lucky to find s penny in rush hour london...it just baffles me
@ChillBill16 жыл бұрын
Keep your eyes down and you''ll' find plenty of pennies on London streets. New York roads are coated in small coins, or least were when I ran the Marathon there in 2005. :) Fields used to have dozens of laborers in them at harvest time, many fields were actually full of houses and the ground was likely very muddy. Add a few hundred years of that and voila! Plus give 10 kids 10 coins and put them in a field for a few hours and you have 90 coins to find the next day.

Have you moved back to the black coil for a reason Clem? Or is it one of the new type?
@ChillBill16 жыл бұрын
TBH I don't fuss coils. I have one of all the different Deus coils bit I'm currently using the latest. In practice you will find 90% of what you can find even using a 20 year old Tesoro Silver Saber. Getting on a site is the key.
