Why is that guy lecturing to aquachigger about relics? Doesn't he realize aquachigger is a legend and has dug more relics than any person alive? He didn't go all the way to North Carolina to be lectured. Aquachigger is a very humble person.

You should never have to apologize for a Grateful Dead reference! You will, however, probably get admonished for not wearing gloves, and (thus, have to apologize for) getting a cut. Am watching this while it's snowing outside- expecting 2 to 4 inches overnight , so am living my dreams of spring warmth, vicariously, through your southern adventure! Thank you for keeping my dreams of warmth and discovery, in the grip of winter, alive!

Hi Beau, I hope your keeping well my buddy. As a guy who's been in a mortar (improvised from artillery shells) and rocket attack....that must have been a living hell for those men and animals. Even those splinters, they'd be red hot and bigger than any rifle round and travelling so fast to go straight through a man... Real history right there, And finding that rare shell must be a dream... Peace Charlie UK 🇬🇧

I can only imagine the misery on top of everything else they must have felt, fighting in that swamp. Considering how something in there infected a cut finger…even mild injuries must have taken a lot of soldiers out of commission. Room F350…I hear that room is very versatile. You can usually find it wherever you are.

if you ever come to south east parts of sweden - give me a shout. i have a house that is built on the hillside on the landing site when they used to test the canons that was made in my town back in the days between 1573-1910. the house was built in 1931 and they found lots of canon balls and grenades in the garden then.

Well now that's what I'd call real swamp things! That or the monsters from the dark lagoon. LOL Wow, that was some muck you were slogging and diggin' through Chigg. I don't envy you the hauling of those shells out of there either, but it sure looks like you made a good haul. I kept thinkin', one of those times you guys were gonna haul out a sleeping snapping turtle out of those holes. Glad you never did and you haven't encountered snakes either so far. Be sure and treat that cut, they are no joke at any time, but more so in nasty dirty swamps. You sure looked delighted playin' in the mud!
