The voiceover video is actually surprisingly interesting. I feel like you were able to get more deliberate and detailed information out that way. Super neat, great video as always!

Still many good finds for a place that’s been hunted for years. I would say that is a pistol barrel. I hope you find it when you go back. Beautiful river to hunt in!!!

Love all your vids Chigg but the treasure hunting in the river videos are my favorite, it’s how I discovered you and I’ve learned a hell of alot from watching them and I’ve taught quite a few people how to locate old fords from watching them, I hope you’re able to come down and go treasure hunting with me and Jackson again one day, may go on a proper treasure hunt next time and I can see you break out the metal detector, Thanks For Sharing, GL&HH 👊🏹

Try dipping the fingertips of your gloves in "tool dip." It will give you some wear resistance and a stickier grip in most cases.

At the 10:30 mark I believe that is a duck decoy anchor weight and not an anchor as suggested. I have made and used similar weights for my duck and goose decoys. The large copper loop is so that you can slide the weight over the head of the decoy after wrapping the line around the body. This keeps the line in place and makes for organized storage in the boat.

Sash weights make very good small boat and canoe anchors...because of their slim shape they are not prone to getting snagged or hung up on the bottom...I have used them for years with no problems

I kinda like the voice over thing for videos like this It's like you are able to use more footage and still keep the time of your video to a reasonable length. I know how Go-pro microphone can be tricky in and out of water.

Item at 10:27 is a duck decoy anchor. When not being used to anchor the decoy it would slip over the decoy's head for storage.

Your funny, throw a fishing bullet weight in at the end. I sure do enjoy these videos.

Your anchor is a weight for a goose decoy. The loop goes over the head when wrapped up.

Hey, I noticed it looks like you took the arm rest off the top of your metal detector. I never thought about doing that to shorten it to go under water with it! Can you tell me what you had it attached to, was it a lanyard? Also is there a particular setting you like to use while in the water?
