@@FloppyDisk007 exactly. This film also gives us a reasonable understanding for a sequel. It does that thing where it goes, "so there is another kingdom here we didn't tell you about before." But the reason it works here is because its believable. Once you stop to think about it, it gives more lore to the original ocean master of the golden trident.

A bridge between both Aquaman movies involving Black Manta's underwater search for ancient Atlantean artifacts, which penultimately preclude to an inevitable high stakes clash with the Trench sea monsters from the first Aquaman movie.

I've had people say it was too cheesy so they had to leave and have a drink in the bar instead I've had people say it was too slow apparently they weren't paying attention to anything and they're not real fans, so goodbye. The funniness put in by Jason Momoa needed it it makes the movie more enjoyable because you get a laugh also. I especially liked the bar scene in the first one where they called in fish boy I thought there was going to be a brawl but no it was funny keep it coming fish boy Jason. my man Momoa. I have to say it, pretty boy, you own it. And don't let anyone tell you different cuz they're just jealous, You got it going on, I have to say. I'm sure you'll see this but there you go.

The only and real reason aguaman and the lost kingdom don't make the money the movie supposed to make was because the appearance of amber, that's was the lock of success in the movie, a great movie a ICON superhero like MOMOA and DCU. Knowing that if they put amber in the movie for wath she trying to do to Johnny Deep destroyed his image. Like a lot of disgrace woman's do to a lot of man in Hollywood abuse and taking advantage from they money they have, they know her image in the aguaman 2 would have a negative impact and don't go to have to much success, but sometimes they have to found out by their own self, superman go to be another movie that don't go to make no money, is going to be another disappoint movie with any success, because Henry, Cavill not longer to be in the movie, for what I see DCU going from Bad to worst they going to destroy all the superheroes the same happens with Batman the soon they take Cristian vale out of the Batman the movie starts to los popularity and money lock of success, is going to cause destruction for DCU, and to stand up back go to take more than wath they imagine

Manta sucks balls! Why fight the exact same enemy in a sequel? That's just lame! That being said, the movie itself was pretty good. No lovey lovey, no drawn out drama, no character building, no wasting half the movie on training. It was basically action from beginning to end. Exactly how an action movie should be. @borg386 Manta is his arch nemesis. And in case you haven't noticed Manta is getting development right alongside Aquaman. They are both learning new things every movie and developing their knowledge, powers, and experiences simultaneously. Usually it's the hero trying to catch up to the villain but I like how they have Manta be the one starting from far behind and trying to get strong enough to take out Aquaman.
