I breed my Clown barbs the same way. Simple as long as you don`t mind moving the adults, which to me makes large barbs harder to breed than cichlids. Keep up the good work, Lucas, you are living my dream!

I just got five ~2” dawkinsia assimilis and they are beauties. I fell in love with their behavior. Hoping to breed them when they are ready.

You should run ,PVC pipe threw the outside wall and drain your water threw that then the tanks won't fog up.. Also drain it into a pond outside so you don't waste water, then when done just cap the pipe of on the inside and no lost of heat exchanges. Lol
