Sometimes, moving forward to calmer waters has to do with leaving past negative experiences and programming behind. Letting go of negative memories and trusting and relaxing that everything is ok. Overthinking can steal our peace and our ability to trust so before we know it we create self fulfilling prophesies. Sometimes, the best place to face all your wounds is in a relationship. But, we can take time out to learn to love ourselves but then the ultimate goal can be to bring that new self into a new relationship and not let challenges forget that healing and growth we have achieved.
