@@jaysrealreefuk well apart from a 3rd Torch dying on me, the tank is doing great thankyou. My other 3 Torches are doing great. Everything else is also growing very well. ICP test being sent off after the bank hols are over.

Have you checked the magnesium levels? When my torches sulk. It's usually due to the mag. Keep me posted on the ICP. I did a Triton one two videos back. Seemed ok to be fair. Yours will be fine. Just look at the Duncan coral that will tell you mate 😂👍

@@jaysrealreefuk Mag is sitting at 1440. The last Torch that died never really looked settled in the tank. Will do with the ICP.

It's a cracking little tank for the money. Sorry, the rainbow chalice is around the front, but the reflection of the glass is terrible in the sun. It's one of my favourites. Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment. 🙂

The Pico is a superb looking tank. Just letting it cycle and settle, no rush and then add some easy to keep corals, if they exist 😂😬. The max nano has hit its stride now and corals are growing well, with some beautiful colours. Those Rasta Zoa's have taken over 😂. I think it's the amino acids and iodine dosing. Love the school holidays, it gives us all time with our families and reef tanks. Thank you for taking the time to watch and comment mate 🙂👍. Hope to see you on a live again soon.

@@jaysrealreefuk East Sussex on the coast. I use spotless water now. Tds of water from my lfs was over 250 last check. Spotless water 2. But my nano reef has run for over 5 years with the high tds readings. Try Spot feeding reef roids, ducans and zoanthids add a head a month at least using that. I've just started a tank a couple of weeks ago, and following much like you did in your red sea nano.....I've also used tmc eco rock, but I've since read a lot of forums declaring that it was responsible for leaching cobalt, silicates and phosphate. Have you experienced this? (I know in one of your videos you did a triton test and I remember you had elevated silicates).

Great to hear you are on the max nano journey 🙂. Such a brilliant little tank. How is it coming along? Is it cycled? Have you added your first livestock yet?! I've not had any issues with the Eco Reef rock in the nano tank as far as I'm aware of. I put the elevated phosphates down to my use of 'spotless RO water'. I should really make my own RO water, but it's the convenience and low cost that makes me go back. I have heard the stories about Eco Reef rock though. how much stream pumps u have i just have 1 for my nano 50 L Tanks is this to low or i need more ? and the position of ur pumps is only to the top ?

I have the return flow and then 2 wavemakers. They are relatively low, but they help to randomise the flow patterns, which the corals enjoy. I think your tank would benefit from a second one. Hope that helps.
