I'm surprised at the power-it's more than we'll ever need, and we've not even used the most powerful setting yet.I've cleaned off a dirty concrete porch to get it ready for sealing, started to clean siding, and I know this pressure washer will be terrific for cleaning tools this fall.The only issue we had is we had turned around the hose connector, and it leaked. Once it was on correctly, though, we had no problems with the connection. Just remember that the end with the green knob goes towards the hose. It's obvious now what we did wrong, but not necessarily obvious at the time.

And then, to make matters worse, NO picture of it assembled anywhere in the manual or in ANY of the photos of the product on the box? It's like you deliberately went out of your way to be as confusing as possible.

The detergent bottle is a low pressure attachment. It is used to coat the area you wish to clean in detergent. Then you switch to one of the high pressure lances to wash off the detergent and dirt.

The “turbo nozzle” is a rotating spray nozzle. Its higher powered for those hard to clean spots.

Short answer is yes in a pinch. Consider having the pump lower than the supply. Warning, this method is not recommended as you can loose prime, run the pump dry and or put additional strain on the pump if not careful voiding your warranty. Yup, I have a similar problem - low pressure wand is stuck in the gun and while it can move, it won't detatch. Machine is worthless unless I can fix this. As per manual tried lubricants, soapy water, etc. Will not eject.

I am In Australia and a replacement AR hose is $70 for my AR381. If I can't find a cheaper hose replacement I will have to throw away the whole unit. Can you ease tell me what sort of hose/fitting I need sonI can get a cheaper one on ebay.

Hi Anna, Your machine has a standard m22 threaded connection for the hose. Your gun receives a 300 series adaptor. If you are looking for after market I recommend looking for a gun and hose combo that fit a m22 thread on your machine. Review the owners manual for details. Try turning the hose about a quarter to half turn while pushing it into the gun. Had the same problem

Depending on your unit. Their are many ways to wind you pressure washer hose. If your unit does not have an integrated reel, an excellent way to roll it would be to to lay it flat on the ground. Lay it taught and straight then wind it on the floor with a pull & twist motion, and loop it on its self right on the floor. The garden hose attachment on the one I'm using doesn't look anything like the two you have in the video. How hard is it to include all adapters? Mine doesn't appear to have enough threads for the hose to securely attach. Hell, I can't get it to attach at all. I hate this product. I would recommend buying a different one. I've wasted a couple of hours trying to figure this crap out.

The instructions that come with the pressure washer are not that great. As one of the commenters have posted, the the detergent spray is a low pressure attachment, so if you are looking for cleaning the sides of your house this is not the pressure washer to go for. This is only useful if you would like to wash the driveways or decks.

Don't buy this, the sprayer is a nonsense like these reviews. This sprayer hardly blows the algae off siding. You are stuck w one adjustable spray nozzle. Fortunately at home I have a completely different sprayer at the same psi, that works 10x better. My work wants me to use this model. Instead I'm using a brush and hose and much happier to do so... repeat.. its usless
