Job Amupanda can you look also into the matters of justice when it comes to properties seized or arrested by police.mostly cars.police stations are full of cars and if you follow well you will realise that this cars a getting written for no reason.please AR should come to our rescue here. It doesn't make sense to arrest a car and latter auction it as if the person commited the crime can no longer drive or have access to buy another car.some of the crime where a car is pounded and auction or let damaged are unsound.there items that are a threat such as gun,knives etc those can be confiscated.but a car should only be confiscated if the use of it was a threat to life of human.if the crime used it's not life threatening why confisicate the car?these other colonial laws should be revised.
