Arbi Masala
500 Gms Arbi
1 - 1.5 Inch Ginger
2 Green Chillies
TATA SIMPLY BETTER COLD PRESSED MUSTARD OIL
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
1.5 tsp Salt
1 tsp Amchoor
Freshly Chopped Coriander Leaves
A PINCH OF hing
GROUND SPICES :
2 tsp Coriander pOwder
1 tsp red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp haldi Powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Coriander Seeds

Masala Arabi ki Sabji..... Usually this sabji is made in combination with onion and garlic, sometimes tomatoes also. But I was thrilled to see your this recepe where onion or garlic is avoided. That drew my interest to try this recepe and find out how it tastes. So I prepared this sabji today ie 22ndJuly2024 and followed your demo ditto. The net outcome was simply Fantastic.
