YAPILIŞI
Tavukları haşla kucuk parçalara ayır.
Unu yağda, rengi hafif koyulaşıncaya kadar kavur. Üzerine tavuk suyunu ekle. Salçaları da ekleyip karıştır. Tavuk suyun az ise Üzerine biraz da normal su ekle. Tuzunu da koy. Kaynayınca tavuklarını ekleyip 5 dakika daha kısık ateşte pişir.

MATERIALS

FABRICATION
