Working as a relocation field consultant, the feedback I get from all of my clients on viewing the 3 beds in Joy and Sun, how small and unmanageable the living and dining space is, with a kitchenette in the corner. For 3 bed villas with maids, what was the developer thinking, I ask myself every time!

Properties in Dubai have definitely got smaller aed / ft hence why with my videos I try to show as much as I can for future buyers.

Whilst they look great, i still wonder why they are so cheap (3 mil for 4bhk looks like a steal) Hows the quality of construction?
