If you can have some conversations with the locals that would be awesome. Listening to Iraqi songs, watching Iraqi comedy shows. I love this one on KZbin called زرق ورق. It will really also help learning the Iraqi humor to fully understand the language :)

I grew up in Balkans and it’s funny how people who were raised in East have that typical type of humour that no western language can translate correctly. The “sticky people” phrase got me weak. 😂 I totally loved this video! 😂

In Portugal, we also the term sticking to people who "stick" we call them "colas" wich translates to glues or Limpet wich is a seafood that sticks to the rocks, i also didnt expect it xD

There is no difference. In Iraqi dialect we use چ and گ
