Ingredients
----------------------------------
Ghee 1 cup (around 250ml)
Carrots 2 sliced
Risins 1 cup (around 250)
Salt 1 tsp
Cinnamon sticks 3nos
Cardamom pods 10nos
Cloves 10nos
Onion sliced 2 medium
Tomato puree 2 medium
Tomato paste 1/3 cup (around 80ml)
Arabic masala 1/4 cup (around 60gm)
Arabic masala👉 • Arabic Spice Making Me...
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Hot water 1.7 litters (as required)
Dry lemon 4nos (you can use any lemon)
Basmati rice 4.5 cups around 1.125k
(soaked before 30 mins)
