Dear teacher Toqa, I would like to listen but also understand music and text , do you have any recommendations? Would it be possible to take a part of a famous Arabic song ( 🥰Assala Nasri) for instance and treat this in one of your splendid lessons? Lots of ❤Marga

A doubt: in all of your examples the subject was in 3rd person... Your said that fatha on the end of verb indicates past tense, but it is only this to all pronouns? Or the fatha used on the end of verb is only for 3rd person (he/she/it)? Exemplo: if I write " انا سَمع " (means "I listenned") it will be correct?
@ArabicwithToqa
@ArabicwithToqa 3 жыл бұрын
Actually Fatha at the end indicates past tense with only 3rd person singular pronouns. But other pronouns have different endings. "I listened" is سمعْتُ No fatha at the end...I will be making videos about each pronoun inshallah.

@@ArabicwithToqa Right, ok. I understand, Toqa. Thanks a lot! Looking forward to the next video. :-) And another question, Toqa: You don't write the pronoun انا . When we use verbal phrases it is not necessary use the pronouns? Only the verb is sufficient?
@ArabicwithToqa
@ArabicwithToqa 3 жыл бұрын
Yes, verbs have a different pattern for each pronoun, so verb only is sufficient, we don't usually mention pronouns in verbal sentences.
