And another word like نَصَرَ is conkugated in Present tense like هو يَنْصُرُ. So what is the Trick behind? How can I know which vocal the middle Letter will have by conjugation?

The root is ع ل ي. So the pattern is to add an alif after first letter. So ب ر ك ب ا ر ك The alif is added after baa in this case. So it's baarak, and the taa is added before it. Place in Arabic means اسم المكان which turns the verb into a noun indicating where the verb happens. Example: كتب becomes مكتب which is a place where things get written, or "an office" to be more precise. Time means اسم الزمان which turns the verb into a noun indicating a time when the verb happens. Example: وعد means to promise, and it becomes موعد which is a time to do something promised, or "an appointment" to be more precise. Hope this helps.
