*ALL THE INFO YOU NEED HERE* Follow me on Instagram instagram.com/unboxeddesigns/ Subscribe to my Lifestyle Channel kzbin.info Follow me on Pinterest www.pinterest.com/unboxeddesigns/ Check out my blog aracelichan.com/home/ Hey guys! I hope you are all having an amazing Friday! I am on our summer vacay, but wanted to make sure I had this ready for you right on schedule. I am so excited to show you our final kitchen remodel reveal. In this video I am showing you some budget friendly ways to update a kitchen. You all know my style and this is has very much a Modern Farmhouse Kitchen vibe. We did spend a good chunk replacing our flooring, cabinets, countertops and sink. There was just no way to do that part on a low budget, but still I think we spent much less than the average. Those additions looked great, but as you saw it still looked very plain! SO we went ahead and added some finishing touches that cost around the $300 mark and completed the kitchen beautifully. I hope you guys enjoy the video and remember...sometimes, I am learning things as I show you and that's just part of the DIY life. :) *USED IN THIS VIDEO* Similar RYOBI Table Saw amzn.to/2XE1MLW DryDex Spackling amzn.to/3k65A2f CRAFTSMAN Orbit Sander amzn.to/3fnU7Hs Sanding Discs amzn.to/3i3W9hZ Similar Tile Cutter amzn.to/3igiOHO Black and Decker Cordless Screwdriver amzn.to/3fA0ebT Franklin Brass Drawer Pulls in Soft Iron amzn.to/2Pvqcmr Shelf Brackets amzn.to/31vo4R5 Pre Mixed Grout Delorean Gray amzn.to/33BnaoN WORKPRO spring clamp set amzn.to/3dPx6wo *Get The Canva Editor Here* www.canva.com/join/share-pale-lavenders Receive a 5-piece gift set for FREE with your 1st purchase of $20+ www.grove.co/referrer/18675608/ *FAVORITE CRAFT SUPPLIES* 150 pc 1 inch Wooden Beads amzn.to/2Dx1bUU Amazon 1 Gallon 200 Pack Paint Sticks amzn.to/3bg0XNo Amazon 11.8 inch 100 Pack Natural Bamboo Sticks amzn.to/3ceeSF3 Amazon 42 Piece Artificial Palm Leaves amzn.to/3baPQFv Plaster of Paris 8lb Tub for $7.98 amzn.to/39fcIDd Jumbo Craft Sticks www.walmart.com/ip/Super-Jumbo-Wood-Sticks-7-5-in-45-Count/47426780 For precise cutting get this Exacto Knife Kit amzn.to/31EYvwK Measuring Square amzn.to/2ShXZlk White Apple Barrel Paint amzn.to/2ScJgI9 Pewter Gray Apple Barrel Paint amzn.to/31N9yUJ Black Apple Barrel Paint amzn.to/2tOr0eK Craft Smart Assorted Acrylic Pain amzn.to/2ORa4M0 Hot Glue Gun amzn.to/2NBFkQz Gorilla Hot Glue amzn.to/2yiLTNy Wood Burning Tool amzn.to/32JqEm5 Exacto Knife Kit amzn.to/31EYvwK E6000 Glue amzn.to/3aFvYL2 Wire Cutters amzn.to/3bROEr0 Tacky Glue amzn.to/2X7GpmT I love showing you how to make budget friendly home decor pieces that look high end. For the most part, I stopped shopping home decor stores like home goods, Pier1, TJMaxx, Ross and others. Being able to transition home decor season to season and change up decorating style is important, but it doesn't come cheap! Decorating for every style and season, while having a high end look can be difficult and expensive, especially if you have a tight decorating budget. In this video and all DIY videos, I show you how to give your home and every space in your home a boost with DIY decorating projects. Don't be afraid to step out of the Dollar Tree shopping hauls to accomplish this. Dollar tree budget friendly decorating is my favorite, but you can find inexpensive home decor pieces or supplies for do it yourself projects at other places like Goodwill, Habitat Restore, shopping clearance sections, using coupons, yard sales and Facebook Marketplace is a great place to find free stuff! Araceli Chan DIY is the channel for: Organization and decorating ideas on a budget. Budget friendly room decor. Dollar Tree DIY decorating. DIY home decor dupes for less. Initially I was disappointed that your cabinets and flooring were done because I wanted to see you work a whole kitchen redo magic with $300, but I watched all the way thru and was glad I stayed. You did an amazing job and your attention to the little things was exceptional. You took your kitchen from a nice one to an amazing one all for a little bit of cash. Great job.

I love watching your channel. You are so real and up front on what works and what doesn’t. But the best part is seeing all of your DIY’s throughout your home. You actually make stuff to use it. Thanks for sharing and always being you. I personally like the sleepy you, that’s when it gets funny to listen.

I don't know why people are commenting such rude things... I think this is great! When you are DIY-ing it's really a lot of trial and error. Everything can be fixed down the road too. You did an amazing job especially for the budget!!

Who watched the commercials so Ms. Araceli can get more cha-Ching and do more projects? You did it again girl! I’m gonna move to Oregon and live by you to be your Tia so you can help me on projects. LOL. Awesome job Mia you keep doing you. The more you do projects, the more you’ll learn to improvise even more and the more you’ll learn to do things differently.

I watch so many DIY videos, are there are some good ones, but for some reason I really like this one. Your voice is nice, you don't rush and you are a true DIY person, very real. Nothing worse than watching a HGTV video with unlimited budgets and a crew of 20 doing everything. I like how everything turned out. I do love your floor in the kitchen. Do you remember what one it is? Very ingenious on the outlets when like you said, you don't want to do electric stuff yourself. It really came out amazing, thanks for posting.

Very creative fix for your outlet dilemma! For future reference all you need is longer screws for the box so you can draw them out...just cut power at the breaker first! Take off the plate and unscrew the outlet from the box and swap out for longer screws... If you ever need to do this again!

Just a small tip...Punch holes around the inner rim of your paint cans with a nail and the paint won't drip all over your cans. I also invested in a pour spout for paint cans. Eliminates so much of the mess.

The outlets actually turned out really cute!!! I wish I would have known you were having this issue cause you basically unscrew the outlet faces and add washers to the backs of the screws to bump them out & make them level with the tiles. Just a trick for next time you have this dilemma! (Btw make sure you turn off the breaker ahead of time so you don't accidentally shock yourself if you do this lol) 🙂 looks so cute though!
