Section 134 is related to ejectment of a trespasser of the land of any bhumidhar or asami. But you told that it is talking about remedies for asami for his wrongful ejection.

Need correction* Bhumidhar with transferable right can be ejected U/S 89(2),93,98 & 105 of the code And Bhumidhar with non-transferable rights may be ejected on the basis of sections 85(1),89(2),89(3),79(2) & 93 of the code.
