Yeah, quite a few interesting tricks indeed. New style from this China developer. But in terms of high end specs, can't beat my review that I did for Park Regent at Desa Park City.

Hi Jack, Great review! I suggest including more information about connectivity to public transport stations in your reviews of developments like this. Currently, Lake City KL North is not very convenient in this regard. Walking to the MRT Sri Delima station involves navigating a busy road, and the feeder bus frequently gets stuck in traffic. If connectivity were properly executed, it would only take a 5-10 minute walk to reach the station.

Thnx for the compliments. Noted, will see how I can incorporate more info on the connectivity to public transport networks where its key, such as this development. Always trying to find a balance in sharing info while keeping the review not too long.

I wonder if you can do the night view on any of the properties on this or past videos ? It'll be so cool to even see and enjoy the night view with lighting and all....

Yeap, agreed. Night view especially for those properties with such privilege will be awesome. However, that also means 2 trips to 1 property review and massive upgrade to the existing equipment. Not easy to capture good video in low light conditions. Smartphones won't be able to capture such views. Hence, not in my plans for now. Perhaps if the channel grows fast enough, can consider it for next year.

Hahaha...if you see properly, you'll see him here and there in a distance. Probably during the facilities parts, at the 2nd half of the video.

Nice to see the facilities being used for once😅 only gripe i had was the tiled up walls in the lobby. Could just paint it and it would look better. Feel like walking into the toilet.otherwise nice place

In general, tiles would certainly be more premium and easier to maintain. That being said, there's also a certain way to execute it, otherwise, wouldn't look nice. In this instance, it didn't look outstanding and to some, it could look bad. I would have gone for non white and if bigger (but more expensive) tiles.

Do all these agent have prove that this project have any link to desa park city. As far as I know, the desa park city staff say they have no connection nor involve with this project?

@@JackChang27 thanks for the info. Althought the announcement seem very weird. Standard JV project announcement usually will have both side of company management people attend and give their word to the reporter with both company logo shown on the screen. Also may be with the signing ceremony. While from this article, there is only country garden staff attend and all the claim is from 1 side (country garden) only. No offence, just feel weird. May be Perdana ParkCity dont want to let this lakecity ride on their fame?

From what I've read, the land belongs to Perdana Park City. The rest of the development work (legal, permits, marketing, sales...etc) are done by Country Garden. Hence, that could be the reason why Perdena Park City isn't shouting much on it, since they are only contributing the land (which is a significant part of the cost but at the same time, minimal work needed). Nevertheless, the fact that is reported as a JV and Perdana ParkCity used widely in the necessary marketing materials without any objections reported, it should be legit.
