I really, really, honest to goodness needed this. I have a medical procedure coming up and I am very nervous, so I was looking for something calming to listen to. I believe this will help, I'm thinking of overlaying elvish chants or some form of soft talking. I just want to be completely distracted and not really pay attention to what's going on. @@ASMRWeekly It didn't go well; I never made it to my music or this, and to add insult to the emotional pain I was in, I was physically harmed by two people and then given mental health papers. It took me days to tell my mother what happened, and I am still ashamed and embarrassed that she knows. This has affected parts of my life now, future relationships for example. I cannot trust anymore, they took that from me as well. I need calm in my life, escaping to these places helps. I wish I could be around Thranduil, any elf really, and just be encased in arms and told that I am safe. I know this too shall pass...I just keep getting occasional flashbacks and I'm sick of them invading my thoughts. I am sorry if I brought down the good vibes, that is not my intention. I guess I'm just feeling isolated and lost in my head and in my heart, if that makes sense. I actually replied the other day and felt embarrassed that I even did it so I had deleted it...what advice do you think the elves would give to such an event in a woman's life?

Even dark must pass.” You said you already knew this, and you sound like a very smart and strong woman. dont be sorry cause you didnt ruin any vibes here, its a safe place and i can tell you already take the first steps by being brave enough to share, and with your mom, some never do, but your not alone now 🤗 you cant blame yourself, it was an evil done to you, sadly it happened and altbough its in the past it something that doesnt fade slowly, let it hurt as long as it needs. You dont need to hide, but if you feel like you need moments of your own alone, trust your intuition and what your soul tells. The mind can also play tricks, as you said flashbacks, it needs its healing too, fill it up with things you love everytime you can to estimulate it. Im so sorry this has had to happen to you, i dont understand why these things happen, but im hopefull you will come out on top of it all, like a phoenix from the ashes. im glad you can always come back here to an escape when needed, im glad i can help even if a little bit. These little things matter, and bit by bit things become a whole again ✨ a big hug to you wherever you are, and i wish you a lot of good. Dont hesitate to write more 💛✨

@@ASMRWeekly I am so sorry it has taken me this long to reply, I didn't know you had replied, KZbin failed to mention it I just saw it last night...damn Goblin interference, lol. I'm still nervous to trust anyone. I even tried a few times to speak with an anonymous counselor online who would just type chat, but I always backed out and just said "no" all together. However all isn't dismal anymore. I have gotten better at healing myself mentally and emotionally...it's amazing what touching back on childhood love interests can do for your soul. As you said, surround yourself with things you love, focus on that...it works! And it's funny you mentioned the phoenix...I used that term as a means to rise up and report them. My Mother was infuriated. She had nightmares too that I was screaming and she could not reach the room I was in, I felt so horrible. However, we are doing well so far in California, just taking it day by day as the heat rises for summer (yuck!) It's 85 outside and I am wrapped in a blanket I caught stomach flu...what joy, lol. 💖*🤗Human Bear Hugs🤗* 💖wherever you are, and thank you for the well wishes. I definitely will write more, just gotta find some more videos and comment which of course won't be a problem you have so many that I have saved. Thank you for being so supportive and kind...it is good to meet nice people in the world still.
