They're pretty much the same though? There's nothing too different about babuchan or kikuo. Kikuo is more open and out there I suppose...Both in terms of music and overall personality.

市女神転生ゲイル they have a similar tone but listening to them side by side, they aren't exactly the same in many ways. Kikuo has a lot more 'proper' instrumental arrangements while babuchan goes for a lots of 'messy' sounds and heavy distortion, often times making melodies that sound more off and less musical in order to create a certain vibe.

I know this is three years late, but yes that seems to be the case. Arai tasuku listed the credits in the description and so did Kikuo with "Love me Love me Love me". With a bit of help from google translate for Kikuo's side, both the animator and the artist appear to be the same in both songs, the animator being Akaran or Redegg, and the artist being Sashimiyama.
