There are videos here on KZbin how to remove top vents on Arai tour X4, check it out. I’ve done it in all my Arai helmets

Absolutely love my XD4, lite comfortable and great at speed. My only small gripe is its hot in over 30 degree days.

Ya incredibly comfortable. I haven’t had an issue with heat but I also have wind in my face 99% of the time atving. So air getting through the helmet isn’t a issue.

Please tell us what size you were wearing in LS2 pioneer and what size in Arai ? How the shell size and shape of these two different, if there is any difference ?
@SenditATVSBIKESSLEDS2 жыл бұрын
Both are large helmets. Same shape and size but the Arai is significantly more comfortable and not nearly as noisy as the LS2. The Arai is heavier but it is also more balanced. Arai is also snell approved. Also the LS2 doesn't hold up over time.

@@SenditATVSBIKESSLEDS I bought an arai x4 I hope not to be disappointed I had the other one from the video the soundproofing was really disgusting the only thing that I'm going to miss is the integrated bezel
@SenditATVSBIKESSLEDS3 жыл бұрын
@@walterlegaulois7067 ya soundproofing sucked in LS2. I run a Yoshimura exhaust and would be exhausted just from that by the end of the day. Arai is far superior. Comfort level is amazing and air movement. The flip down tint in the LS2 eventually doesn’t work because dust stops mechanism. The tinted shield is worth it as well. I just wish they made a heated one so it would be great on my snowmobile. Found a set of heated goggles that’ll fit though. You’ll find to keep peak in proper position the screws on the side need to be pretty tight, but that’ll also create scratches on shield where it rubs.
