I think you understand it but that's a muddled explanation. In order for an offside call 3 things need to be true at the time the pass is played: The attacking player is ahead of the passing player. The attacking player is in the opposition half of the field. There is less than 2 defending players between the attacking player and the goal line (the GK is included in the 2 but not required if there are defenders behind him) if any 1 of these 3 is false it's not offside.

Make sure you do a little work in those stretches. You wanna retain stability but add mobility. So basically if you stretch a muscle work it just a little at the same time. According to my old PT you get about 11× the results. Also don't forget, if a muscle is sore for no reason, it's because it's weak in comparison to it's antagonist.
