The Norway one sounds a lot like the Swedish one, they test it 4 times a year at 15.00 on a Monday. It’s just an annoying noise to hear but man if it were to happen outside of those times the sound would be terrifying Edit: just making it clear, they ONLY test them at 15.00 on the first Monday (4 times a year). The “horn” is called “Hesa Fredrik” so you can google it if you don’t believe me lol. NORWAY does not have the same test time. If you live here and haven’t heard it, it’s either because you don’t live near one of the bigger cities or that you just haven’t noticed (if it’s far away it might sound like a train or truck). If you live in Sweden and have heard it at other times that 15.00 on a Monday, it’s not the alarm. If you live somewhat close to Norway, it’s probably theirs that you can hear. Or it’s a train/truck or some other alarm. Also a bit of a PSA since it seems like not a lot of people know about it: if you hear it you’re supposed to turn on the radio or television (the government recommend radio) to see what’s going on, they will inform you on the major stations.
@TheSpanishInquisition3583 жыл бұрын
