I think the "best" (or annoying) build for Harsetti is full eff + hp on abyssal or bubble maker. Atleast those are the ones I've had the most trouble with in arena.

Ml vivian is great with harseti Also edward And bybliss And most unit with 1 turn cooldown skill And most units that doesnt like to get spamed/cleaved I just wish harseti was invisible !

You should still keep your laia quite fast , since harseti is countered by luna As you could see in this video , after laia s1 and luna s3 , laia could get her turn faster than everyone else cause they were at their slow speed while laia was back at 250 speed But every unit that doesnt cleanse can go full slow as long as either you or your target have harseti
