I have a question about the dialogue are 0:55. She says 'Wo arebeiten Sie?' and he answers 'Ich arbeite der Firma MEMO.' But also I learnt somebody can also answer this question saying ,for example,'In Frankfurt.' Which one should I say when somebody asks me that question I'd really appreciate it.

It depends of course on the context of discussion and what the other person wants to find out from you - the exact company you're working for or just the name of the city where you are employed. You may also speak in more general terms (if you do not want to disclose the exact name of the company you're working for) and say: Ich arbeite bei einer Firma in Frankfurt. And after that you can provide more details if needed.
