i love the discussion especially in the construction ADR...….i would wish madam Jackie can enlighten us on why we need lawyers in the arbitration process while they are the reason we are 'runing away' from them(litigation).

You don’t have to have lawyers in arbitration. Also litigation focuses on courts not lawyers.
