What is pre-qualification of an Arbitrator? Does an Arbitrator mandatoritily need to have any license to practice? If yes who is competent authority to grant such a licence and what is the procedure? Kindly reply।

Anyone can be a arbitrator and it’s requirement of the aggrieved party what qualification they require According to their requirement arbitrator is assigned to them of their desired qualification:) There are arbitral institution too who follow their own rule of arbitral proceedings they are designated by Supreme Court and high court According to my knowledge a sole arbitrator doesn’t need any license but just the qualification required by the party yes but it’s mandatory for arbitral institution to be graded by the high court and Supreme Court as the case may be
