I work full time as an RN and the only reason why I started doing arbonne was because people always asked what I was using for my makeup, skin care and etc.I chose arbonne because I love natural, plant based products with clean ingredients. Even if I don't have much of a team, I am still making money with arbonne because of the other people who love and buy the products too. This is why I believe in THIS company! Any company out there needs people under them to make the business grow- MLM or not. Don't you have someone over you? I'm not sure how people don't see this, But then again there is a difference between an employee mindset and an entrepreneur mindset. PLus, Networking is actually a smarter way for a company to use their money on better products and results rather than wasting millions on advertisement. That all I gotta say!

Most, about 90%, of consultants on my team do not actively work their business, they are consultants for the discount only. There is no way to differentiate between those actively working and those who are not, so the "1%" is the all of the consultants working their business and not working, its an overall. This business model only works if you do. If you decide to stop working the business, you will no longer get paid on those you have signed. The commission's as well do not come out of your down lines pockets, it come directly from arbonne, you do more work, and do it consistently, you get paid. just my input. don't @ me with arguements. I don't care to argue, I know what works for me and my friends, it has been nothing but a blessing for me :)

Peter Morck created Arbonne for the products, to dish back Pure Safe and Beneficial products to the world. Why is everyone putting Arbonne down? They have some really amazing products. Yes, maybe the business isn't for everyone as it takes some very determined people to become successful (as any business takes hard work and determination) but I'm seeing so many videos talking bs about Arbonne but not one person is talking about how awesome their fizz sticks are or their makeup or skincare or baby care. Arbonne isn't JUST a business opportunity. It's a PRODUCT BRAND and an actually really amazing one too. The nappy cream was a lifesaver, the fizz sticks get me through every day especially when I've only had 3 hours of sleep from studying and their vegan protein is freaking amazing considering I've somehow got a dairy allergy I've just discovered. Most people drop out because they obviously don't have the drive. That's not to say the business sucks, that's to say the people dropping out just don't have the determination it takes to become successful in Arbonne. Sales aren't for everyone, some people are born to work in sales and a lot of people just want what they want now and not have to work for it. I'm in Arbonne as a consultant, no I haven't cracked it, but that's because I haven't put in the effort. My Mum on the other hand has absolutely nailed it and she loves it! She is doing so great because she loves the PRODUCTS. You can't sell something you don't love. . Be authentic. Be creative. But most importantly, just be YOU. Nobody is rushing anybody, it's a 'do it in your own time' type scenario.

I have been doing research into this MLM in particular to make a video about them. I went over their "success booklet" its all over the place. The jargon they use in order to refrain from saying how much money you need to actually sell is ridiculous and to cover the fact they are a pyramid scheme. I spent around 2 hours reading it, making notes, etc, and my head is spinning. Its great you make these videos.

Same as any business....owner of a business can do only so much for themselves...they hire employees who never earn as the owner does. What about CEOs of big corporations...does the person in the warehouse earn same as the CEO...the more effort the worker makes the more chance he/she has to get promoted. MLM is a business model where to succeed you need to work. For some reason some people sign up in MLM and don't do any training or working..they think that they purchased a lottery ticket that will bring them big $$$

Their aches and pains go away, they feel better, they have more energy, and they thank me for it. Plus I make some money from it. People who 'hate' on MLMs are the ones who failed to make it work for them and see the value in all the training and free resources and personal development. Find something else to devote your energy to other than the 'hate'. No one is 'preying' on anyone, people want to help and make their lives better and the lives of others. No shame in that. But not supporting the hateful view on somethign that actually helps others and helps their health, wellness, and financial situation.

Ok so I feel the need to comment on this, especially after reading the hateful comments you are receiving!! I worked my business non stop for 6 months on top of my full time job. I must’ve reached out to 300-400 people. I had lists upon lists of people to reach out to, people to follow up with . I sat on numerous zoom calls, went to a significant amount of events and made about $200. I never promoted even with a team of 5. Do I agree that some people can make it yes! But it’s very very few... definitely wasn’t for me!!! People also have to read between the lines. Especially when it comes down to the “free car” you aren’t getting a free car. You are getting an allowance towards YOUR car payment that you purchased with YOUR credit. And if you don’t hit your goal that month you’re screwed and you have to pay a significantly expensive car payment! I agree with you hun I’m disgusted with myself for falling into the trap!

I am sure you were a good salesperson, it's the MLM structure that is the problem because you need a huge downline to make real money and most of the time your team will drop out so that is why it's only meant for 1% to make it because of the structure. It's like winning the lottery. We could be the best salesperson in MLM but if you cannot build a team there is no real money to be made. This is why MLM industry is garbage.

The products are clean, healthy and cruelty-free, plus I work with a really good group of women who help inspire and lift each other up. There IS opportunity to make money in this company, but unfortunately, some people who get involved with it do not work it correctly, or they don’t know how to sell skincare, OR they get “cliquey”, and it should never be that way. It’s really sad how so many people believe these things about Arbonne. 😞 Arbonne is definitely NOT a get rich quick scheme, and it doesn’t claim to be. You have to WORK it, just like everything else. In EVERY SINGLE COMPANY, the higher up makes money off of the ones lower in rank. Yes, in Arbonne, they make money on the sales of their recruits, but does a business owner not make profit off of the ones who work for them?

Hi Emily, the information you giving in your video about the compensation it is not true. It is totally fine going over down sides of the businesses - non of them is perfect, but its important to get legitimate information vs guessing. Yes in Arbonne consultants make 15% on commission on sales (just like in most retail stores in US like Macy's or Dillard's). 65% its NOT what Consultants make as you call it on "others". How much is the override you can see on a side chart. And overrides CAN be just from consultant own sales or/and whole team. When I was in retail as a team leader I was getting overrides/bonuses on my team succes, that I spent time on: training and motivating etc.... I wonder why no one has problem with that 🤔 Network is Network, far from any pyramid.

It would seem that many mlm companies work this way: a member is recruited and commits to buy a certain amount of product each month. As the process repeats it would seem that most sales are going to be made to consultants themselves than actual retail sales to customers. The FTC has guidelines against this type of business but they are loosely enforced apparently. I wonder if anyone can actually find out how many of Arbonnes sales are to retail customers and preferred customers and how much is purchased by consultants i bet its a difficult statistic to track.

Justin Kelsey you only have to hit a certain amount of QV (qualifying volume) to rank to the next level & get the pay raise & other perks. Besides that you just get commission any time you successfully sell, theres no monthly minimums to stay active or to be paid. So you only ever purchase products for yourself for your own use, and the QV from those purchases do help people rank up sometimes.
