I used to manage an Arby's and I gotta say everything is very fresh and kept up on. We were at a busy location and I swear produce was prepped twice a day and meat non stop of course. We got 2-3 bread deliveries a week. Etc. Corporate regulations and methods are standard across the board and temp logs were HUGE for us. Anyways, arbys is a solid place to eat in my opinion.

first job was at arbys, to this day almost 10 years later i'm a defender of it. Their chicken bacon swiss, their reuben, their curly fries- hell, they have the BEST honey mustard and do not charge you for sauce. Best mozz sticks fast food wise too.
