Beard is much better off. He takes care of himself while taking down high calorie and fat challenges. She gave up on being healthy and imploded. The fact that she gave up mentally is way more significant than the weight gain.

The original Man VS Food Television Host, "Adam Corolla" was forced to quite by his doctor for these similar eating challenges from his popular TV Show. The doctor said his organs were not going to last much longer if he continued these types of eating challenges. Just an FYI for younger kids thinking this is something they want to do. Don't do it!

I lived the first 27 years of my life in Ohio and man this video nearly brought me to tears because it feels like I was just magically transported back home. There's a laundry list of reasons why I would never want to live there again, but the people is not one of them. For anybody who's never heard of apple butter before, it's sort of like applesauce that's been cooked down to more of a jam-like consistency. The sugars are more caramelized to give it that darker color. It's very tasty.

I also don’t have much appetite. 4 months ago I startet to drink a shake 2h before going to bed. I got from 51 to 60 KG in like 6-8 weeks. I just eat normal and force me to drink that Shake. It has like 1.200 kcal and about 90g proteins. It consist of 2 bananas, 3 eggs, 30g peanut butter, honey, protein puder, Collagen. Its like a cheat code if u dont have appetite.

Beard - A tip from an oldschool roving cameraman. @ 2:24 - In busy places like that mount the camera backwards on the tripod so the tilt-assist level is accessible from the front of the camera and flip out the monitor. Lets you adjust the shot from where you're sitting, maintain the framing, and keeps people from bumping the lever trying to get by. Also lets you put the single leg of the tripod under the table a bit so the two legs are in line with the table. ;)
