It'll bottleneck my friend,A750 is just too powerful for 3200G to handle....check your cpu bottleneck chances on various websites such as bottleneck calculator. Recommending a 3600/3500x,5600/5500x, etc AM4 build and pairing with A750,6600,A580,1660 super etc whatever you like and a minimum 550W psu.

Arc A750 or A770 has good hardware but it never beat AMD / Nvidia because they has better architecture. A750 / A770 can improve by driver update but only some limited games. Intel R&D need more time to design better gpu architecture.
