Hi great video, I've suffered with anterior pelvic tilt for 2 years and have really tight hips, im constantly trying to strengthen my hams and glutes but do struggle as i have a bad knee off a torn quadricep tendon, my local gym gas one of these but i haven't used it as was told it would work my hip flexors and make them tighter however you say it's good for strengthening the posterior chan, what's your thoughts please should i use this to strengthen my posterior chain or will it make my pelvic tilt worse? 👍👍👍
