I like how you leaned into the handles. Sometimes the lower body arc trainer can be awkward but these little tips make it a better machine.

What about coordination between arms and leg ?! I've never seen anybody walking this way !!! And when the guy stop using the handles he changes immediatly his coordination between arms and legs. Stupid !
