I like how you did some thing that a lot of people including A1Up don't like making the borders above and below the marquee black. I've done this on my cabinets myself and I think it makes a nice difference! I actually also like the choice of bat tops for these because they are 90's arcades so I think those are more era appropriate TBH!

The control panes on these looks a lot better than the ones Arcade1Up made! The first and fourth player controls still aren't angled exactly like the original but this is still miles better! Great detailing too.

I design my cabinets in a 3D art program, so it would very time consuming to make plans. It’s not like I can just click a button and have a cut list.😢

I like how you made these look more arcade accurate than the Arcade1up cabs. The 1up's just look off for some reason and the 1ups have risers and the TMNT and X-Men cabs have a different graphic on the riser sides but if they were made in Deluxe style like yours without a riser the side graphics would continue down to the bottom of the cab. At least the Simpsons has plain blue on the riser sides and black on the front but the TMNT ones, they made two, have TMNT on the riser which looks off, the arcade has the side graphic down to the bottom of the cab. TMNT in Time would look better as a Deluxe or XL. Maybe X-Men and Simpsons as well.

Yes, I'm running a Pi 4 and have run Batocera & Retropie, both have the option to boot a rom after startup.

how u have matching Dust cover for X-men Turtles i see Red joysticks with Red dust covers yellow joystick with yellow dust covers but from all the places i look i see they give u defalt black dust covers so where u got ur matching ones ???? i notice u also have Purtple - Happ joystick where u get this color who sells purple joystick ???

They are not Happ. My TMNT & X-Men have Industrias Lorenzo joysticks. IL joysticks come in many colors with matching covers. Happ joysticks come in limited colors with black covers. I personally prefer IL over Happ. www.arcaderenovations.com/industrias-lorenzo-arcade-joysticks.html

At that price I'll keep my 3/4 1ups even though the Konami newer gen ones are not arcade exact like yours. The way the monitor is flush with the angle of the side panels and the deck with the angle is more arcade accurate than the Arcade1up 4 player cabs. And the Arcade1up decks have a shallow bottom and notches at the ends. And yours have the old Konami logos on the side panels and marquee which are missing from the 1ups. I got Konami stickers on etsy to put on my Simpsons. Konami has a newer font for it's name now.

I love CRTs. But not every retro gaming setup needs it. These are lighter because of not having them, and shaders are more than good enough - they can look amazing.

Are you running emulators? Aren't there some emulators that can simulate the curved screen look of a CRT as well as scanlines and shaders? The flat panels that come with 1ups are much lighter than a CRT would be, and CRT's are no longer commercially made since the 2000's. They are considered obsolete tech now but retro gamers love them because low res games from the 80's and 90's look better on a CRT.
